Exhibitions Worldwide
As an important part of my sales and marketing activities, I have organised, managed, attended, visited, reported on and even sold exhibitions in the Gaming, Amusement, Vending, Retail and Transportation markets, worldwide. In addition to the UK I have worked on exhibitions in Australia, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Russia, Spain and the USA.
From booking the space and location, using shell scheme or bespoke, ordering equipment, organising exhibits, selecting the team, arranging to get there, where to stay, helping to build up and take down after, organising the rota for attendance, briefing before and reviewing after, reporting on and rebooking for the next show.
I have done it all and have the badge to prove it.
I have met many interesting people and seen some wonderful places. Anyone who has worked at an exhibition knows how much hard work is involved but the experiences and rewards more than compensate.
